Your mission

Design and optimize high-performance, innovative software to deliver the ultimate gaming experience
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices
Modernize legacy systems to strengthen and future-proof our technology stack
Plan, develop, and deploy new services via RESTful APIs
Collaborate on large-scale, cross-functional development projects
Ensure every deployment is reliable, well-tested, resilient, and thoroughly monitored
Write and maintain deployment code, including CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab)
Set up and maintain modern logging and observability solutions
Build interfaces to store and visualize application and system metrics
Automate workflows to improve reliability and enhance developer experience
Contribute hands-on in Ruby and Go development
Take initiative and dive deep into the technical details of each project

Your profile

3-5 years experience in Software Development / DevOps engineer
Practical professional experience with Ruby/Go and DevOps
Knowledge of GitLab, Kubernetes, Docker, SQL, Bash, and Redis
Experience with Grafana, GitLab Pipelines, Helm deployments, and Elastic Logs
German and English at a business level
Interest and a basic understanding of the gaming industry
Well-organized Teamplayer with a creative mind
Bonus: Experience with the Development of websites and web applications

Deine Aufgaben

Entwurf und Optimierung performanter, innovativer Software für ein ultimatives Gaming-Erlebnis
Schreiben von sauberem, skalierbarem und wartbarem Code nach Best Practices
Modernisierung bestehender Systeme, um unseren Technologie-Stack zukunftssicher zu machen
Planung, Entwicklung und Bereitstellung neuer Services über RESTful APIs
Mitarbeit an großen, funktionsübergreifenden Entwicklungsprojekten
Sicherstellen, dass jedes Deployment zuverlässig, getestet, belastbar und überwacht ist
Pflege und Entwicklung von Deployment-Code inkl. CI/CD-Pipelines (z. B. GitLab)
Einrichtung und Wartung moderner Logging- und Observability-Lösungen
Aufbau von Schnittstellen zur Speicherung und Visualisierung von Anwendungs- und Systemmetriken
Automatisierung von Workflows zur Verbesserung der Zuverlässigkeit und Developer Experience
Aktive Mitarbeit in der Entwicklung mit Ruby und Go
Eigenverantwortliche Arbeit mit tiefem technischen Verständnis für jedes Projekt

Dein Profil

3–5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung oder als DevOps Engineer
Praktische Berufserfahrung mit Ruby und Go sowie im DevOps-Bereich
Kenntnisse in GitLab, Kubernetes, Docker, SQL, Bash und Redi
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Grafana, GitLab Pipelines, Helm-Deployments und Elasticsearch-Logs
Offen für Rufbereitschaft
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Interesse und Grundverständnis der Gaming-Branche
